Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality. Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them. Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with each other. Don’t be too proud to enjoy the company of ordinary people. And don’t think you know it all! Romans 12:12-16
Remember, don't stop but with patience keep on praying when troubles come. Be ready to help them when God' people are in need. Pray for those who persecute you for doing what is right.
These verses remind me that this month is harder for many people who are trully trying to improve thier lives by making goals or such to do so without praying about it first. In fact a lot of people start the year with a fast without praying first, or even during. It is important to know that if you skip a day because you either got busy or had problems arrise that took your time from you, so you did not pray this morning.
Today I had some technical difficlties that had me waiting for a charger to work, for 6 hours! So though I did pray this morning, and think on the verses I wanted to share, I was unable to do it. Until now. Thank God for this timing must be His timing. Not mine.
Another section of verses I was thinking on Phillipians 4:6-8 discusses something to do when we become anxious about things not working right. Be anxious for nothing.
Instead with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God. These verses are handy when sttuff happens that causes you to feel that turmoil that is sometimes unexplain
able and keeps one up at night. The thing I have found to do is to pray and give thanks, then continue praying for evrything and everyone that I can think of. This brings me peace, and I figure its because I prayed th thing I was supposed to pray, at some point.
So don't give up on praying when things get tough, pray for someone else! GOd has a way of healing us when we give Him someone else's needs or wants, or desires instead of our own.
Heavenly Father, thank you for today, thank you for the opportunity to keep on praying daily. Help us to pray continuing to lift our needs and those we know need to You and trust You to find the answer. In Jesus' name...
