31 Days of Prayer~ In His Word 1-13-2024
Some days we wake up and we just ‘don’t wanna’. We don’t want
to get up, pray, go to work, clean the messes, listen to the people… the list
can and will go on if you think about it. The thing is the Lord says do it
anyway! Be faithful! Commit to the cause and follow it through. If you read
just the verse below you will know you must be hopeful, patient and faithful in
prayer. You know it so now you have to do it. That is how the Word of God
works. Once we read it we begin to desire to achieve it.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in
prayer. Romans 12:12
Thank you Lord for giving us instructions in
righteousness and guidance in life. Thank you for teaching us on the cross that
even though you’d rather not, you did it anyway because you are faithful and so
should we be. Help us to do so, in Jesus’ name, amen.
