Dailies~ in the Word
November 2019
That which was from the beginning, which we
have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked
upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—the
life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare
to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to
us--that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have
fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with
the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things we write to you that
your joy may be full. 1 John 1:1-7
That your joy may be full. Is that interesting to
you as it is to me? Where have we heard
this before? This is my commandment that you love one another that you joy may
be full? Maybe?
if my commandments
ye may keep, ye shall remain in my love, according as I the commands of my
Father have kept, and do remain in His love; these things I have spoken to you, that my joy in you may remain and your joy may be full John 15;10-11
He wants us to know that it is His desire to have
joy in our hearts, not sorrow, and that He wants it to the full!
We need to feel free to ask for joy, ask for
anything we desire and He will bring it to pass; ask and do not falter in our
belief that it is His will and of course believing that He will answer!
‘ till now ye did ask
nothing in my name; ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
John 16:24
In the new living translation, it says “You
haven’t done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you
will have abundant joy.”
I wish to have this abundant joy, the joy of realizing
an answered prayer, which we can and will have when we ask believing not
doubting that God is able.
for verily I say to
you, that whoever may say to this mount, Be taken up, and be cast into the sea,
and may not doubt in his heart, but may believe that the things that he saith
do come to pass, it shall be to him whatever he may say. Because of this I say to you, all whatever -- praying-- ye do ask, believe that ye receive, and it shall be to you. Mark 11:23-25 YLT
The sky I the limit! Pray believing
that God is for you and nothing will stand against you! Believe for it! He’s
got this! When we walk according to His promises He will answer our prayers, not always how we expect it but in the best way and according to His will and we will have abundant joy no matter how that is because He heard us and He answered!
Heavenly Father, thank you
for giving us the fullness of joy to spread the good news to the lost in this world.
Thank you for not granting us selfish desires but the ones that are designed after
Your hearts desires. Thank you for the abundance, in Jesus’ name, amen.
