Confident- in His Word

Do you ever think about how hard it is to walk through life without a trip or stumble? Do you know that you can find hope, strength, and direction in His Word? You can become confident enough in His Word to stand on the promises of God.

for your fellowship in the gospel from the first
day until now, being confident of this very thing that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;(I am confident of this very thing that He who began a good work in your will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;” Philippians 1:5-7

How?
  • By yes reading it first. We say we have this problem and that problem then we wonder where we should go how to find help. Read the Word. If we read the word daily we can hide it in our hearts. If we hide it in our hearts then we will not sin.
Thy Word have I hid in my heart that I may not sin against you.119:11

  • By remembering and reminding ourselves that He has helped us through things in the past and that He will help us again.

  • By knowing that this too shall pass. We live in a world of temporary things, very little if anything in our lives can be considered permanent; not even permanent hair color or curls stay forever.

  • And by of course trusting Him with all our hearts. He knows what we are walking through from day to day from time to time; He feels it with you. Nothing can help you to trust Him you just need to make the choice to trust Him, and believe that He knows whats going on and will bring you out of it.
  • Ask Him to show you in the Word scriptures of where to find encouragement in the troubled times. You can look at the people who have suffered long and yet stood strong; Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednigo.

God has begun a good work in us and we will be there when He completes it!
Our God is an awesome God and we need to keep our trust and our hope and our confident faith in Him.
Dear Heavenly Father, help us to remain in your presence throughout our day through your Words coming back to us as we need to remember them. Remind us of Your faithfulness to all generations. In Jesus name, amen.
