Read Pray Rejoice Obey repeat
Always be full of joy in the Lord, I say it again rejoice! Let everyone see thatyou are considerate in all you do remember the Lord is coming soon!. Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need. amd tjhank Him for all He has done. Thenyou will experience God's peace which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and mindsas you live in Christ Jesus.
And now brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thughts on what is true and honorable, and right, and pure and lovely , and admireable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:4-9
It gos on to say keep putting into action allte things that you have learned from Paul and evrything we saw him do, or read about in our case then he says we will have the peace of God in us!
That peace is something to praise God about for sure!
I could continue to elaborate for hours on this set of scriptures, but I won't.
What I will do is point out that God has you praying now for 6 days into the new year! Good job! I think it is reason to rejoice that we are sticking to it.
We can thank Him for helping us to stay in communication with Christ our Lord daily. We can request so many things, I see so much peace that comes from my daily prayers but I choose to ask Him to help us stay the task, not give up when the enemy fights back at us for doing what is good and right! We need to keep focused on His Word,, and the truth, knoble etc that is listed there in verse 8. In order to keep that enemy at bay, and by enemy I mean the devil and his cronies who are trying to pull us down and get us out of this new habit of prayer every day first!
Heavenly Father, Thank you for being here with us daily. Help us to continue praying every day in this year, and the years to come! Deliver us from the enemy, aka satan and his cronies, and lead us away from temptation to give up.
Thank you for giving us reason to rejoice just by being here with us! Thank you for all you have done and will do, in Jesus Name,
