Stuff will happen in life but don’t
stress over it because God has this too!
These things have I spoken to you
that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation but be of
good cheer I have overcome the world. John 17:13
It may seem like a pat answer when
things are going wrong but the truth is that HE has beat down our problems and
crumbled them beneath our feet. Our struggles are but for a time and though we
may go through days and days that seem impossible if we just tough our way
through it keeping our mind on Him we will come out the other side victorious
with Jesus. We do not need to fight it, God already took on our troubles and He
won!
This is where the “This too shall
pass” verse comes in. Though we are temporal beings here on earth we need to
listen to His words and really read, really understand what Jesus says in the
Word. God already won the victory is
ours, we may have to walk through it but we will come out with nothing but
peace.
Sometimes we think we are the only
ones who have to suffer through something but the Word of God says there is
nothing new under the sun, the fact is we are new to the experience and we need
to learn to grow in our faith. Faith is
believing even if its not what we see, even if all we see is the fire, our
faith in God to keep us safe and bring us out is what we need to rely on. We
just need to rely on Him, remember He has overcome it already and walk in peace
knowing we are victorious!
Heavenly Father, thank you for the
Peace that passes our understanding, In Jesus’ name amen.
