Dailies ~ In His Word
November 30, 2019
Life is just not fair. But God knows what we need. Its hard to trust Him with everything though, and sometimes we just feel like we should take things into our own hands and take care of it!
Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the Lord.
Instead, “If your enemies are hungry, feed them. If they are thirsty, give them something to drink. In doing this you will heap burning coals of shame on their heads.". Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good. Romans 12:17-21
So, I God I taking care of the people then we can be confident and know that He will take care of all of our needs, we just need to be patient sometimes. But don’t give up hope!
Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. Romans 12:12
Be confident! Know that since you believe in Jesus the Christ, He has taken you in as family. For those who have not had the strength of an earthly father’s support God wants you to know that He is the Father of Fathers. He will be there for you to lean on, to share dad stuff with, to ask Him or talk to Him about whatever you would have talked to an earthly father about. He is trustworthy and He will not let you down. People can let us down but God will not because He loves us. Really loves us.
And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own[a] by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago. The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him. Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God's people everywhere, I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance Ephesians 1:13-18
Be faithful, be strong in His power and His might! REJOICE!
Heavenly Father, help us to see through the trials and problems we face today to rejoice in Your love, and to become Your hand extended. Give us guidance in finances, in spiritual things, in life, today. We love you and thank you for your love and patience. In Jesus’ name, amen.
