Dailies ~in His Word

Do you
not share about what Jesus has done in your life because you are afraid they
will not listen to you because you are not a famous speaker or teacher? Me too,
sometimes! The thing to remember is that it is all for His glory and God will
get it done.
It’s
not about us! When we run into problems with sharing the Gospel or when things
seem like they are going great in our walk then suddenly there is a rock in the
path and we have to climb over it or walk around it. It’s not about us when we
are sharing the Gospel and everyone is all excited about us being able to speak
for God’s purpose. It’s not about us when we get to teach or to preach. Its all
for the work of the Gospel and the sharing of the Word of God so that there
would be a strong growth in the Kingdom of God and the people will be built up
and strengthened for their walks as well as us ours.
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various
trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect
and complete, lacking nothing James 1:2-4
So trust God to do it, regardless of what we run into He will get the
Word out and it will not come back void but will accomplish what God has planed
for it to do.
And we have such trust through Christ toward God. Not that we are
sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from
ourselves, but our sufficiency is from
God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant,
not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but
the Spirit gives life. 2 Corinthians 3:4-6
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the
exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves; we are pressed
on every side, yet not straitened; perplexed, yet not unto despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; smitten
down, yet not destroyed; always bearing about in the body the dying
of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body. 2
Corinthians 4:7-10
We have such a treasure to share, eternal life for all who
believe. Let’s share it today!
Heavenly Father, help us share Your Word, Your story, and
Your eternal treasure through the story of what You have done for us today, in
Jesus name, amen.
