Peace on worthy When you go into a household greet it. If the household is worthy, let your peace be upon it. Matthew 10:13
Peace as an avent word is important to focus on. Yes it was the Sunday of Peace but I want you to continue with the focus all week, that is why I am continuing with a daily advent message. Above you see there are different focuses to follow. I put 6 because it would be enough for each day to keep your heart and mind on the Word which as we established the Lord brings us peace. When we keep our mind on Him, which for most of us means focus on the Word and prayer. It gives us reason to celebrate Jesus because it is His peace He gives and leaves with us. John 14:27
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer I have over come the world. John 16:33
So to keep this short, focus on the word, in the Word today! Study it and apply it!
As our Pastor Teena said keep the peace with you allways and when troubles come you will walk through it without the stress, the worry, the sorrow, or the pain overcoming you. Instead you will overcome it! Keep that perfect peace with your mind on Him!
Rejoice and celebrate Jesus today! Tell someone, or pray for someone to have peace around you! Maybe in the line that is taking forever you can pick out a person, maybe even you, and pray; Lord grant them peace that passes understanding right now and through the day. Lead them to you, in Jesus' name.
